Ida Artisan ships from East Legon, Accra, Ghana to customers across Accra and nationwide. We work with trusted delivery partners so your apparel and accessories arrive safely and on time.
Shipping timelines start after your order is confirmed and payment is received. Custom orders may need extra production time — we’ll communicate this clearly on product pages or via WhatsApp.
Same-Day & Next-Day
Orders before 11:00 AM can qualify for same-day delivery within key parts of Accra (including East Legon) and Tema.
Orders after 11:00 AM are usually delivered next working day.

Nationwide Ghana
We ship via reliable courier partners (VIP, STC and others).
- Typical delivery: 2 – 4 working days

How We Prepare Your Order
Each order is checked, steamed or neatly folded, and packaged in branded bags/boxes to protect your items. For multiple items, we may ship together or split based on availability.
- Orders confirmed before 11:00 AM are packed the same day.
- We double-check size, colour and quantity.
- Delicate accessories are wrapped securely.
- Invoice and return info included in your package.
If We Can’t Reach You
Riders or courier partners call the phone number provided at checkout. If we can’t reach you after multiple attempts, your order may return to us.
- Keep your phone on on delivery day.
- Incorrect address or unreachable contact may incur a re-delivery fee.
- Unclaimed orders after 7 days may be cancelled and refunded minus delivery/handling.
